My body doesn’t need food. If it needs energy, it can take it from the fat I’ve created. There’s plenty of it.

Right so I’ve been using my main tumblr more than this one because ultimately, despite a desire to be thing, realistically I don’t want to be sick like I used to be, because I want to be able to enjoy uni with out any disordered eating
HOWEVER
I still really do need to lose weight, so am just updating this blog to say that alongside already being vegan, I now plan to cut any wheat out of my diet, or at least my main bingeing staples e.g. Breads, pasta, biscuits etc. Hopefully by ruling this out I will be able to shift some pounds. I also need to order some scales as my ones have been broke for a long while now :(

I really don’t want to post what I ate today because it’s so disgusting and way way way too much but I can’t pretend it didn’t happen because then I’ll just let it happen again and there’s no way this is happening tomorrow I’m not going to uni at the weight I am right now.
Breakfast: half a honey dew melon
Snack: 2 golden Oreos
Lunch: slice of tomato tomato and herb focaccia bread with 2 Oreos, 5 fruit shortbread biscuits and a large handful of metacafe skinny popcorn
Snack: 3 pain au chocolate, packet of crisps and more popcorn
Dinner: baked potato and vegetables
Snack: pain au chocolate
It’s utterly revolting and I will continue with restriction again tomorrow. Please send me encouragement for tomorrow id really appreciate it.

Breakfast: Slice of watermelon
Lunch: 1 Fit bites acai asana raw ball (80 calories) and a slice of watermelon
Dinner: boiled cabbage and carrots, 3 Linda McCartney vegan sausages
Snack: mug of sugar free hot squash
I wanted a salad for dinner but my mum wouldn’t let me as she said I’d only eaten watermelon all day. I’m not too bothered about it tho, as it was still predominantly vegetables. The energy ball was actually higher calorie than I thought it was as well, but it was made entirely out of whole foods so not terrible.

Lunch: a few sips of green smoothie
Dinner: cous cous tagine
Snack: Apple, banana, 3 golden Oreos.
Ok so I worked 8am to 10:30 pm today so got away with eating not much through out the day, but I ate when I got home- mainly to appease my mum, a bit disappointing but it will still be under 1000 calories so that’s a plus.
